Welcome to Team Quest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Team Quest mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Gregory Phillip Thayer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Team Quest is designed for youth sports teams, including children. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or coach. Coaches and parents are responsible for the accounts and activity of minors under their supervision. By creating an account on behalf of a child, you represent that you have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you believe your account has been compromised.

Team Quest is free for players. Coaches receive a 10-day free trial for each team they create. After the trial ends, continued access to coach management tools (drills, quiz questions, rewards, team goals, and custom settings) requires a Coach Pro subscription, billed per team.

• Subscriptions are processed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate, especially given that minors use this App.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (such as team names, drills, questions, and images). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and use it solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate the rights of others or these Terms.

The App, including its design, graphics, text, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Team Quest is a practice and engagement tool and is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or safety advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
