Common questions
How do players join a team? Your coach gives you the team's invite code and a 6-digit join code. Open the app, tap Join a Team, and enter both. Your coach approves you from their dashboard.
I got a new phone — how do I get my account back? Team players: rejoin with your team's invite code, jersey number, and PIN — your progress is restored automatically.
How do subscriptions work? Coach Pro ($89.99/year per team) is billed through your Apple ID and covers everyone on the team — players never pay. Every new team includes a 10-day free trial. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How do I delete an account? Open the player's profile in the app and choose "Remove Account from This Phone." To have team data deleted from our servers, email us at support@teamquestapp.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
